Fenix \u200b\u200bEnergy designs, manufactures and markets low-carbon energy production systems (cogeneration plants) based on the combustion of metal particles. The targeted onshore market is that of off-grid energy production (network balancing or industrial cogeneration). On the Moon, regolith being an important source of metals and oxygen, it is possible to produce energy from this resource during the 14 days without sunlight. Iron, in particular, which is the preferred fuel on Earth, is one of the most abundant elements in the Earth’s crust (and regolith). Its high temperature oxidation generates heat without CO2 emissions and rust that is easily recoverable and regenerable using renewable energies. The interest of metals as fuels lies in the ease (and safety) of transport and storage (high energy density) of green energies. Thus their deployment for industrial heat or off-grid electricity production applications is simple and without infrastructure costs (no need to extend the electricity network or pipelines like hydrogen).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Biodysseus is an underwater research, study and development laboratory based in Savoie. It offers medium- and long-term space analog missions in hostile, confined and icy environments. It enables us to develop and test prototypes in collaboration with specialized companies, as well as work on human behavior while carrying out training dives or remote operations simulating weightlessness close to the extreme conditions of the moon.
